The role as Manager in People & Organization Development is about supporting our leaders in whatever way that serves managers, employees, customers, and stakeholders. Main responsibilities will be designing and delivering leadership training programs, supporting management teams, conducting on-demand team buildings, and provide individual leadership support (e.g. coaching, mentoring, cross-cultural awareness). You will be an integral part of shaping and influencing KDAs leadership philosophy and values going forward.

 

About you:

We believe you are curious, humble, analytical, confident, self-aware and a good communicator. A strategic mindset, solid business understanding and a strong interest in social sciences and geopolitical issues, are requirements for succeeding in this role. Furthermore, you thrive in solving complex problems and seeing things from multiple perspectives.

Relevant work experience, e.g. delivering leadership development programs, and/or management positions, is a prerequisite.

 

About the position:

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and implement development programs
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and provide management team support
  • Stakeholder management internally and externally
  • 1:1 manager coaching/mentoring, being a strategic discussion partner
  • Identify and train talents to secure an internal leadership pipeline

Knowledge, skills and ability:

  • Solid understanding of core leadership theories, current research and best practice
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Solid organizational understanding in combination with ability to identify and prioritize business critical matters
  • Strong communicator, with the required confidence to operate at all levels in the organization
  • Accurate and methodical with an excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently whilst also supporting and drawing on resources across the wider department
  • Strong ethical mindset

 

The Manager People & Organization Development will report to Director Human Resources and will be part of the Leadership Development Team.
