An exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our Digital business leadership team is here! We are looking for a Financial Controller to join us. You will be part of developing a new organization and a new business area, so if you thrive in dynamic environments, are comfortable with tight deadlines and aspire to further develop within a global organization, this is the role for you!

You will be delivering on the following areas: 

  • Strategic Insights & Leadership: Be the finance business partner for the digital business, and leverage your financial expertise to help achieve our goals.
  • Financial Control: Keep a steady hand on the financial tiller, establish and follow up KPIs and delivery according to budgets and targets, as well as ensure transparent reporting of underlying business. 
  • Prioritization and Business Cases: Drive strategic initiatives. Build robust business cases and stress-test ideas.
  • Ambitious Targets: Challenge our business units. Be a team player, co-responsible for hitting ambitious goals and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Best Practices: Optimize how we work and report, be part of our continuous improvement journey.

We highly appreciate the following background and experience: 

  • Financial Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance.
  • Work Experience: 5-10 years in controlling, auditing, or related roles.
  • Digital Savvy: Experience in a digital business environment. Familiarity with SaaS contracts and ERP systems (like Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Power BI and Excel. Use technology to enhance processes.
  • Bonus Points: Management consulting or auditing experience is an advantage.

Since you will be working in a global environment, we expect you to have strong English skills and be able to travel as required.  

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
