The Acon Bridge Navigational Watch system (BNWAS) helps to prevent marine accidents. It monitors bridge activity and detects operator disability during one-man bridge operation. BNWA meets NAUT-OC/AW, NAUT-OSV, IMO MSC.128 and IEC 62616 requirements. The Acon Central Alarm Management system (CAM) gives audible and visible navigation, watch or distress warnings on the bridge which can be silenced from the operator panels. If no action is taken the alert situation may be escalated via the BNWAS. CAM meets NAUT-OC/AW, NAUT-OSV and IMO MSC.302 requirements. BNWAS/CAM is designed to be connected to a voyage data recorder (VDR).
