This enables us to schedule maintenance tasks with precision, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team as Service Operations Coordinator – Health Management. To support our predictive maintenance efforts, your role will be to perform operation of Health Management services, ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability for our clients.
Responsibilities
· Operation of Health Management Services: Manage and operate health management services, including alert handling, connectivity monitoring, and conducting health management monitoring meetings with customers.
· Reporting and Investigation: Oversee the reporting and investigation of identified deviations using the Health Management Portal, Product Expert Portal, and Report Generator. Conduct quarterly reporting and regular meetings with product experts.
· Technical Operations: Support performance contracts through the technical operation of solutions, leveraging analytics and fleet operations to reduce risk.
· Project Management: Lead the delivery of new health management projects, ensuring continuous improvement of our services and operational excellence in our installed base and documentation
· Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to our existing health management customers, handling invoicing and cost management efficiently.
Qualifications and experience
· Educated as Bachelor or equivalent - Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
· Experience with marine control system, equipment and applications.
· Knowledge of Kongsberg Maritime Products and digital offerings.
· Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
· Excellent cooperative skills.
· Solid commercial mindset.
