Senior Product Data Controller

In the role as Senior Product Data Controller you will lead the important work we are doing within Asset and Lifecycle Management in the years ahead, being a key player in our Digital Business Transformation (DBT) project focused around Service Lifecycle Management & Asset Lifecycle Management, and defining the structure and strategy behind our current and future Configurations of Assets and As Maintained structures enabling us to deliver efficiently and smart to our customers in a digital world.

Responsibilities

  • Secure an up to date Asset Register portfolio
  • Define the best practice for Asset maintenence and our Product Asset structures
  • Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities in the Asset maintenance space for our Product portfolio.
  • Work closesly with our Product Managers, Contract and Sales department as well as our Engineering team to ensure our Asset register is accurate and up to date.
  • Support and initiate data cleaning activities for our Business which supports our goal of enabling smart, digital and efficent service concept to our customers.
  • Represent GCS Handling in the Digital Business Transformation project focused on Service Lifecycle Management and Asset Maintenance and ensure our business and stakeholders are aligned and ready for a new working methodoligy.

 

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor`s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Data administration or related fields.
  • Good system knowledge in ERP, PLM (Teamcenter), SLM systems is an advantage
  • Write and speak English fluently
  • Experience working / leading work cross-functionally
  • Product & Maritime experience is considered an advantage
