Senior HR Advisor Wanted – Shape the Future of Our Workforce

About the Role

As Senior HR Advisor at KDA HR, you will play a key role in supporting the entire organization and driving HR initiatives across our international organization. You will work independently on a variety of HR topics while ensuring that policies and best practices are implemented consistently across all divisions and geographies. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong ability to collaborate, lead by example, and provide guidance to both HR colleagues and business leaders. You will report to the HR Shared Services Director and be his deputy. You will be part of a team of 39 HR professionals that will be the first line HR support for employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR expert within the central HR department, supporting global HR operations and ensuring alignment across business units
  • Provide advisory support on HR-related matters, including employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR policies
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners/HR-directors in the divisions and other stakeholders to ensure best practices and consistency in HR processes across all countries
  • Act as a mentor and role model for junior HR colleagues, providing guidance and knowledge sharing
  • Support organizational development, change management, and talent management initiatives to ensure a strong HR foundation for continued growth
  • Contribute to HR process improvements, digitalization, and efficiency initiatives
  • Handle complex employee cases and provide expert advice on performance management, terminations, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to support hiring efforts, including advising on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws and HR regulations in various jurisdictions
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, driving strategic HR development within the company
  • Some travel may be required to support HR initiatives across different locations

Who You Are

  • A seasoned HR professional with 8+ years of experience in an international HR environment
  • Strong ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
  • Experienced in handling complex HR cases, employment law, and employee relations
  • A role model with excellent mentorship skills, able to guide and support younger HR colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiar with HR digitalization and process improvement, understanding how technology can drive efficiency in HR
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong intercultural awareness and ability to work across multiple geographies
