Junior Spares Order Controller

Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance and guidance for internal and external customers within sales process flow.
  • Support Logistic Department as being part of Global Distribution Center.
  • Finance control in various matter.
  • Being a part of spares order process for customers on prepayment terms.
  • Proactively participate in the wider marine spares user community of practice, developing business and process improvements through integration with fellow users and employees from Product Centers.
  • Taking care of correct circulation of documents.

 

Qualifications and experience

  • University Graduate (Relevant industry experience may substitute for this requirement).
  • Good practical skills of MS Office software; knowledge of MS Excel at minimum intermediate level is a must.
  • Knowledge of ERP system will be considered as an advantage.
  • High English level (written and spoken).
  • Experience within marine industry is considered as an advantage.
  • Commercial awareness and sense of shared responsibility for the company's results.
