Kongsberg Gruppen ASA`s CEO, Walter Qvam has bought 840 KONGSBERG-shares at an average price of NOK 359 per share, through his fully owned company Miwa AS. Qvam now owns 840 shares through Miwa AS and 100 shares personally.
