Universum, a global leader in employer branding, conducts annual surveys to identify the most attractive employers and career preferences among students from Norwegian universities and colleges. This year, the survey gathered responses from more than 11,000 students, including 2,508 from engineering disciplines.
Top three
KONGSBERG secured a prestigious third place among engineering students, ranking just behind Equinor and Aker Solutions. This achievement reflects the preferences of students from 24 educational institutions, underscoring KONGSBERG's strong appeal across a broad academic spectrum. The institutions where KONGSBERG ranked highest include OsloMet, the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN), Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) Trondheim, NTNU Ålesund, and University of Tromsø The Arctic University of Norway.
