Mesotech's M3 Sonar® PHS Excites Attendees at CHC 2018

Kongsberg Mesotech Ltd. were thrilled to have the M3 Sonar^® Portable Hydrographic System (PHS) on display at the recent Canadian Hydrographic and National Surveyors' Conference in Victoria, Canada. Delivering excellent quality data at a very low cost, the M3 Sonar PHS is a powerful entry-level shallow-water system designed for easy deployment on USVs and other small vessels.

The M3 Sonar PHS features the multimode multibeam M3 Sonar^® head, a convenient top-side interface unit, commercial laptop and all sensors required for deployment. All sensors are input to the laptop computer that is preconfigured with the user's specified survey acquisition and processing software and the M3 Software. The system operates seamlessly with HYPACK HYSWEEP and QINSY.
