Kongsberg Maritime is excited to have the opportunity to take part in Oceans in Action 2022, an in-person event highlighting how marine science and technology research efforts are integrated into operational missions, results, and decision-making tools.

Kongsberg Maritime will have a tabletop exhibition at Oceans in Action that focuses on our Sensors and Robotics products. In you are in town for the event, please stop by our stand to see products and HUGIN models on display and hear from our team of experts on ocean science, marine robotics, underwater positioning and communication, maritime broadband radio, and more.

On March 9th, Kongsberg Maritime will take part in the pier-side demonstrations at Oceans in Action. We will be demonstrating the capability of our Maritime Broadband Radios (MBR), on a 30-foot Uncrewed Surface Vehicle (USV) from Romeo Papa Boats, LLC, a leading provider of commercial and military workboat services with over 30 years of experience.

The highlight of the demonstration will be a continuous video link streamed back to shore to show the range and reliability of MBR. The demonstrations are open to conference attendees and guests in the area which will take place at the Port of Gulfport.
