Patria is owned by the Finish State (50.1 per cent) and KONGSBERG (49.9 per cent).

Kongsberg Satellite Services AS (KSAT)

KSAT is owned by KONGSBERG (50 per cent) and Space Norway (50 per cent) which is owned by the Norwegian State.

Massterly is a joint venture between KONGSBERG and Wilhelmsen.

kta naval systems AS is a joint venture between thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, its Naval Electronic Systems business unit (ATLAS ELEKTRONIK) and KONGSBERG.
