Warranty Terms

All systems come with a standard 12-month warranty.

For warranty claims after the vessel has left the shipyard and been handed over to the owner, please contact  for immediate assistance.

Our technical support team will begin troubleshooting, typically via email, phone, remote connection, or by replicating the reported issue in our office.

To ensure a quick resolution, please provide all relevant details, including whether spare parts are needed or available onboard.
