Team Leader - Pricing & Analytics

Are you motivated to lead pricing and business analytics activities for Spares & Services Sales? Do you want to be responsible and develop yourself in pricing strategy and business analytics?

We are looking for a new Team Leader for Pricing & Analytics.

You will be responsible for developing pricing strategy and creating analysis for business intelligence for spares, services and management support.  A small and effective team will be working together with you to reach our business goals.

Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades and support in the aftermarket. Our 3000 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop effective pricing business models
  • Analyze and presentation of data related to pricing, business operations and market trends
  • Utilization and configuration of pricing tools according to internal requirements
  • Monitoring of relevant market prices and competition
  • Execute, create and update pricing process and documentation
  • Execute daily pricing request and price adjustment to portfolio of spare parts
  • Spares & Service pricing and analytics stakeholder into KM internal digitalization projects
  • Travel as required

Qualifications and experience

  • Extended knowledge and usage of analytic tools such as Power BI and Excel
  • Extended knowledge and usage of ERP systems
  • Extended Knowledge with pricing tools, pricing strategies and analysis
  • Knowledge to KM market and macroeconomics
  • Knowledge within Maritime trading and logistics
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English written and oral
  • Educated as minimum Bachelor in relevant fields or equivalent experience

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
