PLM Business Architect

In this role, you will play a part in our dynamic Strategic IT Team, delivering essential capabilities within the scope of Product Lifecycle Management and by that be a key resource of the business transformation for our business. 
 

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is our key environment for connecting processes and people with discipline tools and product data. As our PLM Business Architect, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our PLM solutions – according to our roadmap and the vision of data driven operations with the Product Lifecycle Management environments as a corner stone by providing the best possible fit of functionality and end-user user experience.   

 

What you will be doing 

  • Planning and executing implementation or improvement of PLM capabilities in our Teamcenter environments. 

  • Connecting processes, tools, and data to optimize the workday for our users. 

  • Collaborating closely with a wide set of stakeholders and external consultants to ensure that the PLM environments meet the business needs and requirements. 

  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and specifications. 

  • Assisting in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to PLM systems. 

 

We think you should have 

  • Higher education in engineering, information technology, or equivalent. 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with development, configuration and testing of PLM systems, especially Teamcenter. 

  • Good understanding of digital transformation processes and IT solution implementation. 

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability. 

  • Experience in project management and the ability to drive projects from planning to execution.
