Network IT Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network IT Engineer to join our team in Kongsberg. As a Network IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure that supports both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems. You will work onshore and offshore, participate in remote monitoring and maintenance of offshore installations, and contribute to good compliance with Cyber Security requirements in delivery.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Design, configure and maintain IT/OT networks. 

  • Contribute to remote monitoring and maintenance of offshore installations. 

  • Ensure compliance with Cyber Security requirements in all deliveries. 

 

 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • A degree in IT or relevant experience that can compensate for formal education. 

  • Substantial network and Cyber security experience. 

  • Cisco and Fortinet expertise/certifications are an advantage. 

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (verbal and written).
