Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy that ensures efficient operations.
  • Hiring and training maintenance staff.
  • Developing company policies and Standard operating procedures for all maintenance work.
  • Ensuring that all maintenance processes consistent with industry regulations and ISO standards.
  • Develop and improve the company’s maintenance system.

Qualifications and experience

  • Degree in automation, Engineering or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience working as a maintenance manager, or in a related role preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work.
  • Knowledge of LEAN, TPM and 5S, as well as continuous improvement work.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Norwegian
