Field Service Engineer – High Voltage

Join us for an exciting career journey as our new Field Service Engineer! In this role, you'll be traveling around the world, providing service, troubleshooting, maintaining and commissioning new systems, as well as offering technical support for our customers. You'll be part of a global team working with energy products like switchgear, batteries and converters. When you’re not on the road, you’ll be working alongside colleagues to support our customers and team members. Key responsibilities:

  • Commission high-voltage switchgear for new projects and upgrades
  • Service, maintain, and modify energy systems (low and high-voltage switchgear, drives and battery solutions)
  • Help with internal/ external IAT and FAT
  • Provide technical support for energy systems in operation worldwide
  • Offer in-house technical support to both internal and external customers

What we’re looking for:

  • High Voltage certificate group H (required)
  • Electricians certificate group L (low voltage) is a plus
  • Experience with high-voltage switchgear, drives and protection relay test equipment is an advantage
  • Field experience with maritime electrical systems
  • Willingness to travel at short notice
  • Meet health requirements for offshore work
  • Meet requirements for worldwide work visa
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
