Customer Services Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Customer Services Coordinator, reporting to Customer Services Manager. In this role you will provide frontline services for Global Customer Support. The global team works based on “follow the sun concept’’ based on an 8-hour rotation between APAC, EMEA and AMERICAS regions to provide around the clock support for our customers. You will be responsible for daily operations in KM-Support in EMEA shift (08:00-16:00 CET), providing assistance to external and internal customers and being our customers voice to the GCS organization.

Key accountabilities

  • Provide first line phone and e-mail support to our customers.   
  • Collaborate with GCS personnel worldwide.
  • Contribute to streamline frontline process in 24/7 services.  
  • Administrate communication channels, applications, databases and procurement portals access.
  • Collaborate with IT in testing tools and change implementation.
  • Support phone system users and deliver trainings.
  • Prepare training materials and work instructions.

Qualifications and experience

  • Education at Bachelor level or relevant work experience.
  • Experience from customer service.
  • Experience working with IT tools and processes.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Kongsberg Maritime’s Product portfolio is considered an advantage.
