Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has on 16 August 2018 published an information memorandum in connection with the acquisition of Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine. The information memorandum has been published in accordance with section 3.5 of the continuing obligations for companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
