KONGSBERG's attitudes and goals
KONGSBERG is opposed to all forms of corruption. Our attitude to corruption is expressed clearly through our corporate Code of Ethics, our affiliation with the UN Global Compact and the OECD's Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and our membership of Transparency International. The Board of Directors and Executive Management devote considerable attention to this work.
KONGBERG maintains constant focus on systematic risk assessments, internal controls and reporting. We will also further develop and revise our training programme and corporate Code of Ethics on an ongoing basis, in addition to further developing in-house guidelines for due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and teaming agreements.
We also aspire to further develop our management assessment programme, enabling us to devote even more attention to goal achievement.
