New executive vice president appointed

Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has appointed Ellen Christine Orvin Raaholt (49) to a recently established position as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. She will be part of Corporate Executive Management, bringing the group to a total of seven members. Raaholt will assume her new position on 1 April at the latest.

Ellen Christine Orvin Raaholt is currently director of the ErgoGroup AS, where she is in charge of human resources and strategic development initiatives. From 1997 to 2000, she was Organisation and Human Resources Director at Posten SDS AS, following an eight-year stint with IBM Norway and nine years with Bergen Bank. Raaholt earned her law degree from the University of Oslo in 1988.
