Ocean Infinity orders 5 HUGIN autonomous underwater vehicles

Hydrographic and Geophysical Survey company Ocean Infinity has placed 3 separate orders for a total of five Kongsberg Maritime HUGIN autonomous underwater vehicle systems, increasing its inventory to 15.

A good quarter with strong maritime order intake

KONGSBERG’s operating revenues in Q3 are NOK 3,154 million and the EBITDA is NOK 347 million. The quarterly order intake is NOK 4,477 million, which gives an order backlog of NOK 17,602 million at the end of the period.

KONGSBERG awarded CROWS contract valued 74 MUSD

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace (KONGSBERG) has received the first orders under the new IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) frame contract announced 14 September 2018.

KONGSBERG to supply integrated technology for new heavy lift crane vessel

Kongsberg Maritime has secured an USD 13 million contract to equip a new heavy lift crane vessel for Offshore Heavy Transport (OHT) with an appropriately innovative technology suite. Options exist for a further three vessels, and the first is currently under construction by China Merchants Heavy Industry (CMHI) and is scheduled to enter service in 2021.

KONGSBERG awarded next phase CROWS contract

KONGSBERG has been awarded an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) frame contract with the United States Army for production, system support and technical engineering support for the family of CROWS Remote Weapon Stations (RWS). The frame contract has a value of up to USD 498 million and extends over a five-year period.

Eventful quarter with important contracts and strong order intake

In the second quarter KONGSBERG has revenues of NOK 3,525 million and an EBITDA of NOK 241 million. The order intake in the quarter is at NOK 5,299 million, entailing an order backlog of NOK 16,419 million.

KONGSBERG to deliver systems valued at MUSD 18 to new Awilco drilling rig

Kongsberg Maritime has been selected by the global offshore and marine group Keppel Offshore & Marine to provide an extensive and integrated technology delivery for a new semi-submersible drilling unit, designed for harsh environment use, ordered by UK-based drilling contractor Awilco Drilling PLC.
