Revolving credit facility

KONGSBERG has a syndicated revolving credit facility of MNOK 2,300 with Danske Bank A/S, DNB Bank ASA, J.P. Morgan Ltd., Nordea Bank AB and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB. The facility is for general corporate purposes.

The facility has a tenor of five years from March 2017 with two one-year extension options.
