Reference is made to the notification sent on August 23, 2012 regarding a potential new bond issue by Kongsberg Gruppen ASA.
Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has successfully completed issuance of two bonds in the Norwegian bond market. NOK 500 mill with maturity in September 2017, priced at 3 months NIBOR plus 180 basis points. NOK 250 mill with maturity in September 2019, with a coupon rate of 4,80% p.a.
As previously announced, the purpose of the bond issuance is for general corporate purposes.
