Today KONGSBERG received a new conditional offer from the Swedish private equity company Nordic Capital for the purchase of all Kongsberg Maritime activities. The NOK 3.3 billion offer is based on an enterprise free of net interest-bearing debt and with book equity worth approximately NOK 1.2 billion. The bid will be discussed by the Board in the usual manner.
