KMSS has been awarded the contract to refit Viking Line's Amorella with a new engine alarm, control and monitoring system. The installation will take place in Septemer 2002.
M/S Amorella to be refitted with DataChief C20
The delivery consist of eight new operator stations, and replacement of all old hardware for monitoring and control functionality.
Viking Line operates seven ferries in the Baltic sea. M/S Amorella sails between Sweden, Mairehamn and Finland. The 34.384 GT ship was built in 1988 by Brodogradiliste, Split, Yoguslavia.
The old engine alarm, control and monitoring system was also delivered by KMSS. The new system is based on the newest technology, providing more userfriendly operation, easier and more economical maintenance.
