The ME70 multibeam produces scientific-quality quantitative data and offers high operational flexibility. The bathymetric option (BO) provides additional features with a dedicated beam configuration optimised for collecting bathymetric data. The result is a true dual-purpose multibeam echo sounder.
Added capability
The bathymetric option provides additional features with a dedicated beam configuration optimised for collecting bathymetric data. The ME70 is then connected and controlled through the Seafloor Information System (SIS) software to allow the user to collect bathymetric data in the same format and with the same processing steps as for dedicated bathymetric Multibeam Echosounders of the EM family.
