Gear monitoring sensors

The wireless gear monitoring sensors used with Simrad's PX and TP systems play a decisive role in fishing operations.

We have designed and developed the sensors to withstand the hard use on a fishing boat while giving you accurate and reliable measurements from the gear. Each sensor offers different measurements, and you can set it up with various operational parameters to make it fit into your system. This functionality allows you to simultaneously use several sensors on your trawl or purse seine in different places.

Simrad's gear monitoring sensors contain all the necessary electronics, one or more built-in transducers and a powerful battery. You can easily and quickly charge the battery with the dedicated charger.
