TECHNICAL ADVISOR

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Advisor to support our worldwide customers from our office in Horten. If you have an IT bachelor’s degree and have a strong interest towards technology and cloud solutions we hope to hear from you.

Working as a Technical Advisor you will work closely with internal colleagues from various departments and external customers from around the globe. You will be part of a rapid growing and dedicated team of engineers.

Main work tasks

• Setup of digital solutions towards our customers
• Remote commissioning and service through ship connectivity  
• Sales support and pre-studies of new deliveries
• Close collaboration with our product, delivery and support departments
• Technical support of KONGSBERG’s digital products for our own engineers and customers

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Network/Cyber Security, Automation or similar
• Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Passion for technology, cyber security, gaming or similar
• Fluent in English and Norwegian both written and orally
• Highly motivated for supporting our customers worldwide remotely
