Main Work Tasks:
Overall warranty claims handling & coordination activities for Autochief 600
- Support customer by utilizing d365 and ensuring each claim is categorized properly
- Development of individual skill and competence
- Appropriate and timely technical assistance and support to internal & external customers
- Collaborating with colleagues and fostering interpersonal relationships
- Establishing a collaborative relationship with other teams to ensure mutual support
- Sharing findings, experience, information to enhance product quality
- Analysing critical and repetitive warranty issues by category & priority
- Participate in global warranty meeting on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
Experience and competence in Autochief 600 products & applications
- Competence in another A&C asset is considered plus
- Ready and motivated for worldwide support activities
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good time management skills
- Ability to handle several activities simultaneously in a hectic environment
- Good cooperative skills & communication skills
- Service oriented and customer focused
- Analytic Skills for evaluating warranty claims
