An exciting opportunity has arisen as Team Leader Service Delivery - Germany: In this role, you will lead the complete Service Delivery team consisting of our Service Project Coordinators and experienced (Sr) Service Engineers, who are delivering services, installation, commissioning, refit and retrofit on Kongsberg’s Systems at our customers’ vessels.

Kongsberg Maritime Germany GmbH is a subsidiary of Kongsberg Maritime with 40 employees based in the Hamburg area providing Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Project Services and Customer Support to our customers.

Key accountabilities

  • Lead and organize the Service Delivery department’s daily operation in Germany
  • Establish relevant GCS KPI’s and drive activities to meet set targets
  • Lead development and implementation of resource plans, strategies, and budgets
  • Personnel responsibility for Service Delivery staff and their development including recruitment
  • Responsible for proper vacation / Time for Time planning

 

Qualifications and experience 

  • A degree. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of education
  • Experience in the field of maritime, shipping and/or offshore oil & gas installations is an advantage
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office
