Service Coordinator
An exciting opportunity awaits you as Service Coordinator at Kongsberg Discovery. In this role, you will be part of our Customer Services Operations Excellence team, collaborating with stakeholders across various teams. The position reports to Operations Manager in KD Malaysia.
*What you will be doing*
- As a Service Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing utilization of our engineers
- By balancing customer-centric thinking, with proactiveness you'll contribute significantly to the overall success of department and its revenue
- You will be an important link between our clients and other offices worldwide including service coordinators, field engineers and project managers
- You must ensure that our clients’ needs are met with correct prioritization and utilization of our engineers
- Coordinate resources internally according to KD Business needs and KPI’s
- Ensure that work is performed in accordance with the Kongsberg Discovery Quality Management System (QMS/HSE) and relevant procedures
- Be active in cooperation and information flow within department and between departments Follow up incoming mails in system
- Systemizing and archiving customer correspondence
- Administration of visa application and travel requirements
- Coordinate support and sales activities
- Assist both internal and external customers
- Required to undertake ad-hoc projects/ duties which can be assigned from time-to-time
- Occasional after office support will be required
- Assist Project Manager when needed
*We think you should have*
- Ability to act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results
- Min. Diploma in any fields
- Professional working etiquette
- At least one year experience in administrative/technical related sector
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Organized, structured and customer-oriented person
- Well written and spoken in English, and preferably mandarin
- Past working experience in international setup will be an advantage
- Ability to perform in dynamic environment by multi-tasking
