We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Admin to join our team. The department is a part of the Global Customer Support division. Kongsberg Maritime GCS deliver customer support activities to vessel owners based and/or operating worldwide. The discrete product areas, which we support, are Dynamic Positioning, Navigation, Integrated Control, Thruster Control, Automation and Energy solutions.
Location: Walvis Bay, Namibia
Key accountabilities
- Assist with Financial Audits
- Processing of project documents
- Compiling payment batches
- Handling visa applications
- Arranging of VAT audit files
- Preparation, issuing and expediting of purchase orders
- Be a part of the support operation and ensure that all communication and customer requests are given the right attention / priority and response
- Proactively follow up on all inquiries to ensure continuous progress and proper action towards customers
- Assist and collaborate with KM network in technical and operational issues
- Reconcile all project related costs
- Process supplier invoices
- Processing invoices
Key requirements
- Finacial background is compulory
- Practical experience in the field or area
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Systematic and structured
- Very good dissupline
- Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
- Strong customer and team focus
- Fluency in English verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail
- Driver’s license
