Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades, and support in the aftermarket. Our 2300 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades, and spare parts to secure availability and predictability to our customers.


An exciting opportunity has arisen as Intern - Logistics, reporting to Logistics Manager.


Key accountabilities:

Assist in the document checking process for sending payments and invoicing to the financial department.
Filling out follow-up and KPI spreadsheets.
Assist in the sales process and spare parts requests.
Assist in the import and export process, checking/issuance of shipping documents.
Assist in inventory counting and stock control.
Organize the spare parts warehouse (shelves and labels).
Receive, check, organize and mark imported items.
Provide support with general administrative tasks.


Qualifications and experience:

Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program International Relations / Trade, Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration or related areas – 3º to 6º semester.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Fluent English skills (will be tested).
