HR Business Partner

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Kongsberg Discovery. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce and aligning initiatives with business goals. HR Business Partners collaborate with leaders at all levels and joins a global team characterized by knowledge sharing and collaboration. We focus on strategic workforce planning, compensation and benefit, organization and leadership development, while managing daily HR-related issues.

In this role you will:

Be a strategic partner focused on operationalizing the global People & Culture strategy while understanding the business. You support organizational change initiatives, advise on the people impact of business changes and assist with organizational design. You will also guide best practices for leadership and effective personnel management, support leaders in daily operations and plan team development. You will use data and analytics to drive decisions and lead HR processes for rollout across the organization.

Who are you?

You would describe yourself as proactive, decisive, persuasive and collaborative. You have high technological competence and an interest in digital solutions and AI. Throughout your career, you have lead projects and can show to relevant university degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in relevant positions. Preferably, you have worked with implementing change processes, and strategic and operational HR tasks. You communicate and coach excellently in Norwegian and English.
