Facility Management Administrator

We are looking for a Facility Management Administrator with a great interest and eye for using IT tools with the purpose of simplifying, structuring and automating work tasks. You will be part of the central Facility team and will be an important contributor to the optimization of Facility's operations.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in daily tasks related to the development, operation, and maintenance of our access systems.

· Assist in day-to-day tasks related to the development, operation, and maintenance of our booking systems for offices and other resources.

· Assist in the development, operation, and maintenance of the Facility's Service Management tools. This includes contributing to good automated workflows for facility processes

· Assist in the development of reports and dashboards for daily use to monitor our support channels and follow up on our SLAs and KPIs.

· Conducting internal controls

 

Qualifications and expertise:

· Interest in Service Management and Facility Management.

· Interest in process work, project management and relevant systems.

· Experience with and great interest in IT tools and systems, preferably certified in Power BI and Power Apps

· Fluent in English and Norwegian.

· You must meet safety requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority: EU/EEA residency for the last 5 years and clean criminal record.
