Documentation Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Documentation Engineer, reporting to Team Leader, Engineering. In this role, you will be a part of the Technical Support & Engineering team in Ulsteinvik. Our team delivers design solutions, documentation, and technical support to the business. You will be responsible for ensuring deliveries of documents, procedures and checklists that are defined and maintained in our PLM system and the Zegeba tool.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to determine, plan, design and maintain mobile forms according to their needs.
  • Together with your team ensure that the data captured in these checklists are converted to customer value and business opportunities.
  • Administrate, train and support internal and external users of mobile forms.
  • Support the organization to explore other areas where digital forms could drive efficiency and enable digital transformation for our business.

Qualifications and experience

  • Preferably a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematical, Programming, or similar.
  • Experience with technical drawings and documentation.
  • Basic programming skills are an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
