Business Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen as Business Analyst in the Kongsberg Maritime Automation and Control division, reporting to Manager of Operational Excellence. As a Business Analyst you will be part of a team that will drive and steer towards process standardization and optimalisation. Your role will be key in supporting the organization in continuously improving and realizing efficiency benefits as we adopt new digital solutions.
Key accountabilities
- Work with the organization to understand their need for performance and data insights
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards and presentations showing organizational performance
- Drive continuous improvement by using data to identify gaps, bottlenecks and opportunities in processes, systems and tools
- Benchmark potential improvement projects and evaluate benefits to ensure informed decision making
- Ensure data used for performance monitoring is clean and trusted
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, business administration or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps
- Great communication skills both verbal and written in English
