Annual General meeting
Through the General Meeting, shareholders are ensured participation in the Group’s supreme governing body.
The Annual General Meeting of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA 2024 was held Tuesday, 7 May 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
All shareholders are entitled to have their cases dealt with at the General Meeting, which is held at least annually.
